Big Bulky Return provides solutions to solve the problem of tedious repetitive work on return process and to help merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

Personal Information the App Collects

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:

  1. read_products: read access to your products
  2. read_customers: read access to your customers
  3. read_orders: read access to your orders (recent 60 days)
  4. write_orders: write access to your orders
  5. read_all_orders: read access to your orders (all orders)

Additionally, we collect the following types of personal information from you and/or your customers once you have installed the App:

  1. Your shopify shop name
  2. Your shopify access token granted after you authenticate with our app
  3. Your customers’ return requests information

We don’t provide third party access to your store. Only the merchant who installs our app can access his/her information such as name, address, email address, phone number, and billing information. We don’t collect and/or log any information about individuals who visit your store, such as their IP address, web browser details, time zone, and information about the cookies installed on the particular device.

Although we don’t collect personal information, we need you to enable the Cookies technologies to make sure our app work. We are using Cookies to store your shop domain name on your web browser. It helps the app to communicate with our backend server and get correct response.

Notice: only your web browser stores your shop name information, we don’t share your cookies for any reason at all. You can delete your Cookies whenever you would like to. However, each time you use this app, it will automatically create a Cookies for you if there isn’t.

Data Retention When your customers make the return requests to their past orders on your shop, we will maintain those requests information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
